Are You New to Our Practice ?
We welcome all new patients. We promise you the same unwavering quality we have been providing patients in Fort Myers since 1974.
As a new patient, you can expect to fill out a patient history. The information asked on this history is necessary to provide you with the best medical care possible.
Are You One of Our Long Term Valued Patients ?
Again, Great! Please let us know if there have been any major changes in your life such as change of address, new insurance, new phone number, etc. This will help us serve you better.
For your convenience, daytime, evening and Saturday appointments are available.
Telephone Calls
It is essential that most telephone calls be handled by staff persons other than the doctors. Our personnel are trained to ask and answer pertinent questions, so please cooperate with them. They will arrange for you to talk with or see the doctor if it is appropriate. Have paper and pencil handy for instructions when talking to our staff. Ask for prescriptions refills only during office hours when records are available. (Routine prescriptions will not be filled after hours.)
